Quality starts with the design. Using calculation tools developed in-house, we calculate high-quality structures. Our factory in Pardubice (CZ) then produces our rack components with certified steel, so that we can vouch for their strength and long lifespan. Our products satisfy the local and European standards which means, among other things, that they are CE-certified. We impose the same demands for high quality on our suppliers when purchasing other materials.
Quality control In our factory in Pardubice where we produce the racks, we constantly take measurements to ensure that the products leaving the conveyor belts meet the required tolerances. At fixed intervals, we send components to the NEDCON Test Department in Doetinchem, where they are subjected to extremely heavy loading and bending tests.
